London: Youth Parliament of Pakistan (YPP) delegation called on the British Secretary of State for Health and Social Care during the UK Parliament visit.

Youth Parliament of Pakistan delegation consist of nine members across different fields and regions led by President Ubaid Qureshi visited and interacted with the Rt. Hon. Sajid Javid Secretary of State for the Health care and Social care for the United Kingdom. During the session, Sajid Javid shared his life experience as the motivation talk for youth and highlight the step taken by the British Government to strengthen the bilateral ties between Pakistan and United Kingdom. He also urges the young leadership to play their role to strengthen the ties and emphasize the youth parliament to use the platform to raise awareness and advocacy among the Pakistani youth. The Secretary of state also answered the questions of Youth Parliament delegates based on the education and employment opportunities for the Pakistan youth in the United Kingdom. Delegation head and President Ubaid Qureshi pay thanks to the secretary of state for the opportunity and appreciated the effort made by the British Government for the Pakistani youth, inside the United Kingdom. The delegation also highlights the potential of trade and tourism in Pakistan, especially in the Northern areas of KPK, Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir which can be utilized in near future for the Youth Parliament delegation exchange program.

The Delegation also avail the opportunity to attend the Prime Minister of United Kingdom Question Hour in the House of Commons with the support of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Forum and had interaction with David Simond MP a member of the Human Right Committee from the Conservative Party
