Health is the best blessing but people do not do not think about importance of exercise in health. This lack of exercise habit leads to many health issues. We should have knowledge about benefits of exercise, how itmaintains our health. By doing exercise we can reduce fat of body because during exercise body heats up and fat melt in body and excrete through sweat so, in this way weight can be controlled which is big issue of many people because most people do not exercise and their weight increases day by day. We can see that deaths duo to heart attack are increasing exercise protect from cardiovascular diseases by keeping heart beating at normal rate (adults rate ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute) and during exercise fate decreases and heart veins pumps blood without any blockage or issue and lower the blood pressure, improve cholesterol level in the body. We should do exercise because it keeps physically active and along with this, improve brain health, reduces risk of diseases, strengthen bones and muscles and improve ability to do every day work activities. Additionally, exercise improves thinking or cognition for the children of 6 to 13 years of age and reduce anxiety for the adults. Regular exercise (physical activities) can help to keep thinking, learning, and judgement skills sharp. Besides all these exercise can reduce dangerous diabetes and metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome is some combination of too much fate around the waist, low high density lipoproteins (HDL) cholesterol or high blood sugar, cancer.
