The world has turned into a global village and the role of women in this global village is no secret. Women in the world are playing an important and vital role full of their ability, hard work and dedication in every field. From my point of view, not educating women is the greatest ignorance. A woman’s job is not only to get married or raise children, she can do all this even after getting education, but her real job is to develop our next generation, which does not come from ignorance but from knowledge consciousness and action. If a woman is educated, she will improve the race.

The saying is very effective here: “When you educate a man, you educate an individual, but when you educate a woman, you educate the whole family.” Need to think because in many places even parents do not have a fair attitude towards boys and girls regarding knowledge. They spend millions of rupees on the education of boys and get them educated in the best educational institutions. It is not a sentence but a weapon which not only inflicts on the hobby of reading and writing, the passion and enthusiasm to do something, on the occasion of honing one’s ability and shaping one’s personality, but also the palace of beautiful dreams of the future.

Pakistan is a developing country with half of its population being women. Women are active citizens of the society. They have always realized their responsibilities. Family is the basic unit in national development. It is a matter of fact and the same families are looked upon with respect in the society that is why the role of educated women in social development is of fundamental importance. It has also been observed that in the offices or departments where educated women serve they perform better than in offices where women do not work. Today, women are playing their best role in various walks of life, the effects of which are gradually being seen in the society. They also have a lot of effects.

Some families do not believe that girls should be educated but rather that girls should not be educated beyond a certain age and limited level. When a family speaks out against the education of girls, it violates the principles of human rights. In this way, girls face harmful consequences. However, there are valuable examples in our society regarding girls ‘education that many people have educated and encouraged girls but in some areas even there are no girl’s schools while our government’s job is to they should set up schools for boys specially for girls in rural areas and also in very far remote and backward areas and deploy staff there so that girls from all over Pakistan can benefit from such ornaments as education. It is sad to say that our nation lags far behind other nations in terms of social development.

In a developing and agricultural country like ours, education can be expanded according to modern requirements. If the teaching method is not focused on the curriculum but instead focuses on training and self-accountability then we can emerge better. The current poverty, illiteracy, diseases, extremism and negative tendencies of our society can be eradicated only through education. For the socio-political and economic development of a nation, the education of women is as important as the education of men. To empower women, women must be empowered. It is not necessary for a woman to become a doctor, engineer or pilot by reading and writing. The first responsibility of a woman is her home and an educated mother, sister, daughter and wife can fulfill their responsibilities in a better and better way.

Unfortunately, education opportunities for women are scarce in Pakistan. In order for society to move forward, it is imperative that women be given all equal rights, including education. There are rights in our religion and also in our constitution of Pakistan. In order to achieve these rights, not only women but also educated and conscious men have to play their full role in this struggle. Women are not only the most important pillar of the family in our society but also the greatest support for the success of any individual. The Constitution of Pakistan guarantees the protection of women’s rights Women often face difficulties. If women are vulnerable, there is a need to make rules and regulations to train and empower them in a positive way from the very beginning and to ensure their implementation.

The majority of women around the world face a variety of problems. In our society in particular, women do not get equal opportunities to get education due to which they do not get equal education as men or they face obstacles from their family in getting better education. Woman cannot act with full autonomy in responsibilities; Medical care facilities are also poor for them. They also lack significant political representation, even in some areas where women do not have the right to vote and are excluded from the process. They do not even have the right to speak in matters which is a gross injustice and violation of human rights and above all the thinking of the people in the society are not conducive for them.

In order to improve the situation, it is necessary to implement the existing laws and increase the access of women to opportunities for further improvement and development. This is the education by which any society can distinguish between good and bad and the same principle applies to women to be provided with better and better opportunities for education and to ensure this process the thinking of the society has to be changed and for that people of every school of thought has to play its role so that women can also play an active and effective role in society and national affairs.
