QUETTA, (Parliament Times) : Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri has strongly condemned the desecration of Masjid Nabavi. In a statement, she expressed her grief and sorrow and said that there is no place on earth more sacred than Masjid Haram and Masjid Nabavi.
It is an abominable and despicable act by some evil elements to torture and shout slogans at political opponents on the premises of Masjid-e-Nabawi and Roza-e-Rasool (PBUH) in their holy land, which deserves less condemnation and there is no Muslim who has not been harmed by this act of theirs.
Se said that political opposition has its place but in a place where even speaking loudly is against etiquette, it is impossible to achieve one’s political goals and target the government delegation under a well thought out plan and shout slogans against them. Tolerance is specialty of Islam.
Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri said that all Muslims have bowed their heads in shame and we are all ashamed of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). The act of desecration of Roza Rasool by some evil individuals has damaged Pakistan’s reputation all over the world. She said that Islam teaches love, brotherhood and tolerance and there is no place for intolerance and hatred in Islam.
Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri said that “Such people should be severely punished by the Saudi government and banned for whole life so that future generations of them will also remember how disgusting and disgusting their elders were and what their children are facing embarrassment today,”
She said that the perpetrators of desecration of Masjid-e-Nabawi and Roza-e-Rasool along with those who violated the sanctity of holy places should be punished. Due to these elements, Pakistan’s reputation has been badly affected. She said that a Muslim can tolerate everything but no one can compromise on Islam and respect for our holy shrines.
