ISLAMABAD : One death was reported while 62 people tested positive in the last 24 hours due to novel coronavirus in the country.
The National Institute of Health (NIH) latest data disclosed 21437 tests were conducted of which 62 returned positive taking the total number of positive cases to 1526728..
The positivity ratio stands at 0.28 percent.
As per province wise statistics 576,380 coronavirus cases have been reported in Sindh, 505,435 in Punjab, 219,282 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 135,130 in Islamabad, 43,301 in Azad Kashmir, 35,480 in Balochistan and 11,720 in Gilgit-Baltistan so far.
With one casualty during the last 24 hours the tally of fatalities has soared to 30362.
At least 13,559 fatalities have occurred in Punjab, 8,097 in Sindh, 6,322 in KP, 1,023 in Islamabad, 792 in Azad Kashmir, 378 in Balochistan and 191 in GB so far.
As many as 243,416,068 doses with 265,974 in the last 24 hours have been administered so far in the country.
No of recovered patients have come to 1,486,960 while 269 patients are stated to be in critical condition in the country..
