Rape is the most disgusting and Shameful issue of Pakistan.Many girls are being killed after rape. Pakistan is an Islamic country but unfortunately, such kinds of rape cases are being reported in daily basis.In Pakistan,at least 11 cases of rape are reported everyday.according to a report 1866 rape cases were recorded in previous year (2021),while Punjab reported the highest number in this regard.Punjab has recorded a total of 936 reported rape.Women are being raped in their workplaces.Further,many of them were killed in the name of family honour. In addition,girls are not secure while going out of their house. The city is becoming unsafe and the girls can not go out of their homes.Moreover,there is lack of moral education among the masses. People must be given awareness about this fact that females should be respected and given a due place in society. It is the need of the hour to take stern steps againts this issue. punishment should be given to the culprits so as to give a lesson to others who take part in such activities.I request you to publish this letter of mine in the newspaper so that people become aware about this social evil.
