Nida Ali Baloch
Awaran, being one of the biggest districts of Balochistan, is under countless problems. The issue which has become norm of the day nowadays is drug addiction. The number of people are increasing those who are being addicted to it but unfortunately, we can’t see any positive response of Government for controlling this dangerous disease. The youth of Awaran is being destroyed by taking drugs in the age of 15 or 20. As we know that those who take drugs, they become week by both sides: Mentally as well as physically. Parents are worried about their children. Because they loot poor people, they Steal things from their houses for having a bundle of drug. Sometimes, even they don’t listen to their parents. They do whatever they like. I humbly request to the local government and also to the organization of human rights to take some concrete steps for the stoppage of this horrible disease. If it is not controlled in these days then the future of Awaranians will be ruined.
