The United States, which has been blamed for the tensions, is refraining from providing direct assistance to Ukraine. That is why Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has complained directly to US officials. The president of Ukraine has expressed his helplessness. US officials have offered to help the Ukrainian president leave the country. Ukraine’s president has rejected the offer, saying “we need weapons to fight, not to run away.” Some NATO countries have announced that they will supply arms to Ukraine. The question is, why isn’t the United States, Ukraine’s biggest friend, sending troops to help Ukraine? History has shown that America always leaves its friends alone in difficult times. The United States, the world’s only superpower, is avoiding a direct war with Russia. The internal situation in the United States is very bad. He is facing many crises. US officials know that if they sided with Ukraine in this war, the wounds of the collapse of the Soviet Union would heal and Russia would have a chance to take revenge.
Russia and Ukraine concluded on Monday their first round of talks in Belarus with no clear breakthrough. The advance of Russian forces continues.
