ISLAMABAD: 27 people succumbed to COVID-19 while 7963 tested positive during the last 24 hours in the country.

As per the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) latest data 70389 tests were conducted of which 7,963 have returned positive taking the total number of positive cases to 1,410,033.
Positivity ratio stands at 11.31 percent.
According to province wise details 538,196 coronavirus cases have been reported in Sindh, 474,208 in Punjab 190,578 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 125,203 in Islamabad, 36,967 in Azad Kashmir 34,277 in Balochistan and 10,604 in Gilgit-Baltistan so far.
With 27 deaths during the last 24 hours, tally of fatalities has soared to 29219.
So far 13,139 individuals have lost their lives to the epidemic in Punjab, 7,800 in Sindh 5,994 in KP, 979 in Islamabad, 752 in Azad Kashmir, 367 in Balochistan, and 188 in GB.

1,276,719 patients have recovered in the country while 1,375 patients are said to be in critical condition.
