Islamabad,   (Parliament Times) : Former Speaker Legislative Assembly and Chief Organizer PML-N Azad Kashmir Shah Ghulam Qadir has said that the no-confidence motion against the present government is an imaginary concept. Prime Minister Qayyum Niazi is a humble human being and there is no doubt about his good intentions.

He said that it is a sign of the lack of interest of the ministers and members of the assembly that no one is visible in the capital.

He said that it is not possible to hold local body elections and there is a big challenge for the government. PPP will support our candidate for Kashmir Council elections. Organizing of PML-N Azad Kashmir will be completed soon. Anyone who rebels in PML-N would be a fool, he added.

According to a statement issued by chief organizer PML-N Azad Kashmir Shah Ghulam Qadir to the media yesterday, the PML-N was defeated in the general action of Azad Kashmir as per the plan. However, there is a slight difference between the PTI’s overall votes and the N-League’s votes. The PTI got a total of 6.5 lakh votes while the PML-N got 5.5 lakh votes.

He said that PML-N and PPP have called on all parties to hold a meeting to clear the ambiguity. The government has announced local body elections but will not go to the polls, he added.

He said that PTI will not hold elections in Azad Kashmir but our party is starting organizing it from ward level. There will be no difficulty for us in distributing tickets and in practicing the rules for the local body elections.
