We’ve heard a lot about addictions, like drug addiction, alcohol addiction and many more. But let’s talk about mobile addiction. Which is common now a days. Nowadays mobile phone has become an important part of everyone’s life. But it has become an addiction, not just a necessity. These days, almost every mobile user is addicted to mobile. But the fact is that none of us consider mobile as an addiction. Mobile addiction causes many problems such as poor eyesight, headaches, sleep disorders, depression, stress, aggressive behavior and it also causes distance from one’s own. Now it is unbelievable that a person should not use a mobile phone for an hour. We have made mobile an important part of our lives that we are moving too far away from our relatives and even we don’t know about it. Whenever we are free, we use only mobile phones or watch videos, listen to songs or play games. Even if the mobile is in charge, we still use it and we don’t think about how dangerous it can be for our health and our brain. Because we stay connected to mobile even in our spare time, we don’t think that there are many relationships around us they need our time like our parents, siblings. There is a limit to the use of everything,we should not cross those limits. We are risking our future because of the mobile addiction. I’m not saying don’t use mobile but don’t use it so much that you won’t be able to use mobile again.Mobile is a good and important thing but not more important than our lives.
