ISLAMABAD: As many as 9 people lost their lives and 449 tested positive due to corona virus during the last 24 hours in the country.
As per the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) data 41709 corona tests were conducted during the last 24 hours of which 449 returned positive taking the tally of positive cases to 1,277,160.
The positivity ratio stands at 1.07 percent.
As per province wise details 471,963 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 441,176 in Punjab 178,643 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 107,151 in Islamabad, 34,495 in Azad Kashmir 33,338 in Balochistan and 10,394 in Gilgit-Baltistan
With the recent 9 deaths the tally of fatalities has climbed to 28647 all over the country.
12,949 casualties have occurred in Punjab 7,596 in Sindh 5,774 in KP, 944 in Islamabad, 741 in Azad Kashmir, 357 in Balochistan, and 186 in GB so far due to COVID-19 all over the country.
As many as 1,225,880 patients have recovered in the country while 1,235 patients are stated to be in critical condition.
110,800,576 corona vaccine doses with 1,213,592 in the last 24 hours have been administered to the people all over the country so far.
