Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : A delegation of the Pakistan Medical Association and Young Doctors Association called on Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan, Senior Minister, Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The delegation included Dr. Ijaz, Dr. Adnan Margoob and Dr. Ahsan Taslim. The delegation congratulated Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan on becoming the Senior Minister and in addition to the unfortunate incidents that have befallen doctors across Azad Kashmir in recent days also informed the senior minister about the recent incident of torture of a lady doctor by the family of a patient in Mirpur. Taking note of the incident, the senior minister sought a detailed report from the DIG and the commissioner. The senior minister assured the delegation of doctors to draw up a roadmap for the security of hospitals and doctors.
