Islamabad: Fight between Taliban and US airstrikes killed 20 civilians and destroyed schools and clinics.
According to Afghan media, fierce clashes between Taliban and Afghan forces have been going on in Helmand province for the past 48 hours, killing 20 civilians and destroying school and clinic.
According to Afghan security forces, districts 1 and 2 are evocated from Taliban while Taliban had setup bases in district number 2 and 7, where B-52 bombers carried out airstrikes.
On the other hand, school security guard said that air strikes was carried out at around 10 pm, as a result of which school was destroyed.
According to the resident of Helmand, only civilian were killed in airstrike and rocket attacks. Children and women are included.
