Rulers plagued country with corruption: PJL



Lahore:  The Pakistan Jamhoori League (PJL) has termed Prime Minister Imran Khan as a hero of the Muslim world and said that the credit for the ceasefire in Palestine also goes to Imran Khan. Current govt has taken historical steps for elimination of tax evasion and creation of facilities for the public. For the constant development and stability of the country, the parliament has to be completely cleansed of corrupt elements. Talking to party delegations with party secretary general Sohail Ahmed and information secretary Zahid Hameed on Sunday, Pakistan Jamhoori League chairman Rana Zaman Saeed said there was no doubt that the past rulers had plundered the country with both hands due to which Pakistan is entrapped in billion Dollars debt and problems like inflation and unemployment increased in the country but the steps being taken by the present government and NAB to eradicate corruption are commendable.I am hundred percent sure that time is not far away when problems like corruption will be completely eradicated from the country and Pakistan will also gain its place in the world economic arena. Ranaz Zaman Saeed said that it is the responsibility of the government as well as all sections of the society to play their role in ridding the country of the scourge of corruption as long as corruption is not eradicated from the country,It will also not be possible to completely eradicate the people’s problems in Pakistan. He said that Pakistan under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan has played an exemplary role against the atrocities of Israel and for supporting the Palestinians and the real leader of the people of the Muslim Ummah is only Prime Minister Imran Khan and the people of Pakistan also stands united with Imran Khan.
