In today’s generation, one cannot live without using cellphone. In every home, every family member possesses a cellphone. Cellphone is used immeasurably. Due to cellphone addiction, social interaction is being affected. If someone is in a gathering so there he will also take out his cellphone; which has bad impact on the gathering and they will not be able to talk and share one another’s problems. If we take an example of a world without cellphone so that will be far better than the world we are living in. Because there everyone will be curious to learn things from their seniors. They will be able to learn from there senior family members. Not only this, they will also be able to have a good night and sleep well. Neither their eye-sight nor their brain will be affected. They will be spending life smoothly. On the other hand, if we take our world_ where everyone is addicted to using cellphone_ then that is useless. Because everyone is indulged in their owns. A mother cannot give good nourishment to her child, a father cannot give attention to his sons and daughters, children have not time to    sit with their seniors. Many other impacts are there for the world addicted to using cellphone. Moreover, cellphone addiction has snatched the ability of creativity from students for they are confined to cellphones and internet. They do their assignments by the help of cellphones. They do not do their work themselves. This deprives them of being creative. Cellphone addiction has also side effects on health be it: mental or physical health. Excessive use of cellphone damages thinking power and also makes man lethargic. As he is sitting in one place and his eyes are constantly on the screen. He neither does exercise nor he focuses what is happening around him. Secondly, According to a report in 2019, more than 6000 people died annually due to using cellphone while driving. The rate might have increased now. It also proves that cellphone addiction can also cause death indirectly.Additionally, a 2018 research report showed that 45 percent of teens said that they use cellphone (internet) constantly; while, 44 percent teens said they go online several times a day. This shows how addicted they are to cellphones? They even cannot live a second without cellphone. More importantly, our youngsters have the germs of playing games in cellphones. This severally damages the brain, eyesight and physical health. Instead of playing games on cellphone, they should play outdoor games which are more advantageous. There are many signs of cellphone addiction such as: You cannot sleep, your are anxious, you cannot standstill without checking your cellphone, you feel physical discomfort, when eating you are always checking your cellphone, you feel lonely without your cellphone, you act impulsive, you bring cellphone everywhere even in comfort room, you give too much time to your cellphone than important times like family time and so on. None of these signs is going to benefit us. All are for our havoc. We should not be that much addicted to cellphones that we may ourselves be the reason of our damage. No doubt, cellphone is one of the important elements of our life but it should not be the only element. We may use it; but, in a limit. Except using cellphone, there are many other things to do. We must not spend an aimless life by bounding ourselves to only cellphones. We should also make our youngers understand. They should be taught to be independent and live without cellphone.
