MUZAFFARABAD, (Parliament Times) : The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan has said that unresolved Kashmir dispute is a potential threat for the world peace and urged upon the United Nations to fulfill its obligations in resolving the lingering Kashmir dispute for establishing durable and lasting peace in the region.
In a statement issued here on Sunday he said India has started giving domicile to non-state actors in occupied Kashmir to change the demography of the state which is a flagrant violation of United Nations Security Council resolutions. He said India is also engaged to snatch the culture and history of the Kashmiri people and has also intensified the reign of terror in occupied Kashmir while the property of the Kashmiri were being destroyed and added that the killings of Kashmiri youth at the hands of brute Indian forces have become an order of the day. He said despite atrocities of the brute Indian forces the Kashmiri people are determined to continue their liberation struggle till the achievement of their right to self determination. The Prime Minister made it clear that plebiscite is the only solution of the long awaited Kashmir dispute therefore the United Nations should take practical steps for the implementation of its agreed resolutions on Jammu and Kashmir and grant the Kashmiri their right to self determination .
