    ISLAMABAD,    (Parliament Times) : Important Civil Society Alliance meeting held by Pakistan National Heart Association (PANAH).In which Lt. Gen. (R) and former Surgeon of Pakistan Dr. Kamal Akbar,PANAH President Major General (retd) Masood-ur-Rehman Kayani,General (R) Ashraf Khan, General (R) Ashur Khan, General Secretary (PANAH) Sana Ullah Ghumman,General (retd) Asif Ali Khan, Brigadier (retd) Saleem, Brigadier (retd) Tariq, Brigadier (retd) Dr Abdul Qayyum, senior doctors, lawyers, a large number of journalists attended the meeting. The session began with the recitation from the Holy Quran.

    On the occasion, the participants discussed the key points of strict implementation of precautionary measures against the Corona Virus in view of the current situation and said that non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as heart, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer The gradual increase in cases is worrying.Such patients are more likely to develop coronavirus, so prevention of infectious diseases is possible only if effective measures are taken to prevent the causes of it. Excessive consumption of Sugar is a major cause of NCDs.

    Participants said that The young generation is an easy target of the above mentioned factors, the use of which is increasing among the young generation, it is not a necessity of life, the government will have to take strict measures to prevent it, internationally certified research has proved that taxes to reduce the Consumptiuse of anything An excellent weapon.
