Muzaffarabad, (Parliament Times) : Nazim-e-Ala Central Jamiat Ahl -e – Hadith Azad Jammu and Kashmir Danial Shahab Madani while talking to delegations from different parts of Central Jamiat-e-Ahl-e-Hadith, Neelum District, at Madani House here today has suggested that due to the Corona epidemic, the election campaign should be run on social media instead of the traditional way and e-vote (digital vote) casting in collaboration with Nadira. The system should be introduced. He said that the epidemic of corona disease is re-emerging in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir, which is extremely dangerous. Instead, do it through social media and the Election Commission should also pay attention to social media in this situation and formulate a code of conduct. He said that the government should provide funds to the Election Commission for the implementation of modern technology. He said that The Election Commission should introduce an effective and modern method of e-vote (digital vote) casting in collaboration with NADRA. He said that modern technology is a great facility and we should take advantage of this facility and use modern technology even during election political activities so that epidemics can be prevented and an effective system of e-vote (digital vote) casting can be implemented in the state. He said that if the Election Commission introduces e-voting in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and takes full responsibility for its transparency, it will greatly increase the voter turnout and will also get rid of fake and bogus votes and genuine ones. Only public representatives will be able to represent the people in the Legislative Assembly. Danial Shahab Madani further said that the Central Jamiat Ahle Hadith is hopeful for a stable parliamentary system in the state of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and is also trying to bring all the units of the state on one platform for the benefit of the state.
