History is witnessed that Islamphobia has been a serious imminence for the world peace. After the incident of Twin the Towers, the hatred, fear, violence, discrimination against the Muslims and Islam have grown. Though, some Muslims might be held responsible for terrorist attacks sadly, the ideological differences, the policies of the world big powers, the western media and institutional Islamophobia on the part of many countries are also accountable for the mushroom growth of Islamophobia. These bigots relate a privy act of a Muslim to the whole Muslim Ummah, which further shakes the inter_faith harmony. It is hight time that pragmatic steps should be taken as a whole from individual capicity to governments so that to say no to Islamophobia in the world and make it a peaceful place for its inhabitants. We have ample data about Islamophobia across the globe. The hatred and anger against Muslim have been increasing. Muslima have been deprived, mistreated, discriminated and hated. Both, states and non state actors are involved in such hatred. Muslims are alleged and charged for the mischiefs and wrong doings of other Muslims. Moreover, the contribution of the Muslims to the world peace, equality and justice have been denied. They are physically attacked in the Mosques and public places. Institutional Islamophobia has further worsened the situation. In many western states, Hijab has been banned. Protests hade been taken place time and again in front of Mosques in Australia, Austria Albania, Germany, USA, India, etc. The incident of the Christchurch 2019, is the fresh example where the killer Brenton Torrant opened fire in a Mosque and Martyred 52 Muslims. More, the Cartons against the Prophet of Islam have been skatched, and the present remarks of president of France Mr. Macron has provided fuel to the wretched situation. Sadly, it is an undisputed reality that the Western Media including the US and India have provided fuel to the bigotry and hatred against Islam and Muslims. They have been portraying an individual Muslim act as though all Muslims were responsible for. They portray Muslims as intolerant, terrorists and violent. All big media organizations have been rapidly accelerating Muslim hatred. Resultantly, the violent incidents against Muslims have been taking place throughout the world. In this regard, the editor in chief of Aslan media , Mathan Lean opines that Media plays a major role in promoting Islamophobia across the world. Moreover, the Times, the Newsweek , and the Fox news have also been responsible for such kind of sorry state of affairs. The Vox media news chief editir Mr. Maz Fisher says that the Fox news is only a small component of Islamophobia in the US. Apart from this, the negative role of the Euoropean media cannot be set asided. They have been promoting the anti_Muslim and anti_Islamic rhetoric. The European Network agaisnt Racism (ENAR) in its researched expalined that the Muslim women are portrayed by the western media as a suppressed group while wearing Hijab or any religious clothing. Islamophobia is a serious threat for the world peace. The more it is solved urgently the more the wrold would be peaceful and prosperous. The states should comply with their responsibilities and work for ending of Islamophobia through constitutional means. Moreove?, they Media should play its traditional role and ought not to portray the whole Muslim community as terrorists. Sanity demands that media should promote tolerance and the culture of balance reporting. Apart from this, there is a dire need of inter_faith dialogue among the relligions. Such dialogue could help in reducing Islmophobia and terrorism across the world. All stake holders, the intellegintia, the UNO, the states, the media, the OIC, the civil societies and the human rights commissions, must play their role and establish special bodies and conduct public awarenes. In addition to that, the Islamic Clergies should come forward and promote the true teaching of Islam.
