Education is the backbone of a country towards its prosperity.Teacher is a essential pilar of this circle who determines the future of nation.currantly Govt educational institutions are not going much better, this is why millions of students recommend the private institution.But it is possible only for affortable kids. Private institutions have a effective role in providing quality education in the country. However,those teachers are providing their service there who don’t have any Govt job which simply indicates to their ability.A person having a matric or intermediate degree can openly teach in private institutions only to take salary.no matter,how he is.It is a noteworthy matter.Govt institutions are going in loss day by day and people prefer to go to private sectors.however,private institutions are getting more expensive day by day.Many of students pressgang to leave their study. Govt needs to provide fund to its institutions to make them effective.Govt also needs to take a strict action against of those teachers who only take salary and don’t go to school.It will be influenceable to decrease the fee of private institutions so may poor can send their kids to private sectors.Interview must be conducted while selecting a private teacher and they must have a reasonable degree.
