    Domestic violence

Modern era is the second name of advanced era where criminals will be behind the bars after their wrongdoings, human get justice after facing hardships, abnormal people can get best medical treatment, a pedestrian will reach very early to his destination by the help of vehicles , machines create extraordinary designs of clothes and other products and human is observed completely under the eyes of cameras. Definitely, in this modern era countries are advanced but in Pakistanis girls are the worst victim of many deleterious activities .Before elaborating some points , i would like to draw the attention of concern authorities towards the alarming issue of domestic violence which is the invitation of troubles in the country.Lack of education creates the sense of early marriage which can destroy the future of a girl. According to the 2012 study by statistic brain the annually 26,250,000. It means 53.25% marriages were forced couples in worldwide. Similarly, new statistic said over 50% world marriages are forced, moreover , incredibly there were 1267 known cases of forced marriages in UK in 2014 from which in one case 18 years old girl from Birmingham was forced to marry her cousin who is very old in Pakistan. However, everyday she was beaten brutally by a cricket bat and a leather belt and blackmailed her to be killed . After such atrocities incidents she could not perform as a happy bride.Furthermore, the report (Girls not bride 2018) states that globally over 10.2 million girls are married every year before they reach the age of 18. However, globally, over 150 million men are also facing complications. In Pakistan 21% of girls are married before being mature and their 18th birthday and 3% are married before the age of 15. Likewise, UN reported there are 700 million women around the world have been married even before the age of 15. However, UN formed this statement that a person under 18 year of age is considered a child.Additionally, the main and the root cause of forced marriages is lack of lob opportunities which generates poverty and it causes illiteracy. And lack of early marriage provokes early marriage . Consequently, section 498 of the PPC prohibits forced marriage and considered it a crime with the punishment of imprisonment for at least seven years not less than three years and liable to a fine of R$ 500,000 ,therefore, all females hope from law which is the welfare of females . The rule and order should be introduced for female emancipation . Islam has given the equal rights to a male and female both and give strong punishment for those who are against of females.-Zehra Imam
