KARTARPUR:    India has prevented Sikhs from attending 481st death anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak at Kartarpur.
This act has exposed the secularism of India which claims to be so called staunch advocate of democracy in the world.

The second day of 481st death anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak at Kartarpur has been completed. Today (Wednesday) is the last day of ceremonies. The Sikh Yatris who have come from across the world performed their religious rituals therein. On the other hand India while demonstrating its traditional intransigence have stopped Sikhs from visiting Kartarpur to attend the ceremonies.

Following completion of its measures against Corona, Pakistan informed Indian government about opening Kartarpur corridor. Foreign office wrote two letters to India to open Kartarpur corridor to allow Sikhs to come to Pakistan for attending the ceremonies. First letter was sent on June 27 and the second on August 27. But India gave no response to these letters.

India opened Taj Mahal for tourists but it did not allow Sikhs to come to Kartarpur.
Managing committee has thanked Pakistan government and army chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa for making the best arrangements. They expressed good will wishes for them besides terming them heroes.
