MUZAFFARABAD:  (Parliament Times)   The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan has said that Kashmiri are the fundamental party to the Kashmir dispute and its settlement in accordance with the aspirations of the Kashmiri people is the only way for establishing durable and lasting peace in the region.

In a statement here on Saturday, he said the Kashmir issue has interned into a decisive phase and called for taking practical steps to lead the current struggle to its logical conclusion.

The Prime Minister said India is engaged to change the demography of the state and taking illegal measures to settle the non state actors in occupied Kashmir and extending them state domiciles to the extremists element to turn the majority of the Muslims into Minority. Occupied Kashmir is still under complete communication lockdown and human rights of the Kashmiri people have been denied by the Indian forces he added. The Prime Minister said India has intensified the reign of terror in occupied Kashmir and has deployed over nine lack Indian troops to crush the indigenous freedom struggle launched by the people of Occupied Kashmir.

The current struggle of Kashmiri people has no example in the freedom history and urged upon the international community to take stock of Indian aggressions and help resolve the lingering Kashmir dispute for establishing lasting peace in the region.

The Prime Minister said despite Indian repressions the morale of the Kashmiri people is high and they will not compromise less than their liberation from India.
