ISLAMABAD: NAB’s investigations have been completed against PML-N leader Ashan Iqbal and report thereof has been presented in the court in Narowal Sports City case.
Judge Muhammad Bashir of Accountability Court Room No 1 Islamabad took up the case for hearing Monday.
NAB prosecutor told the court NAB Rawalpindi has completed the investigation and sent report thereof to NAB headquarters. The investigation team has recommended to file reference in the light of collected evidence.
NAB filed the progress report again in the court.
During the course of hearing of the case Judge Muhammad Bashir inquired where is reference against Ahsan Iqbal.
The investigation officer told the court reference would be filed after approval in respect of investigation report is given by NAB Headquarters.
The court directed NAB to file reference till August 26.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till August 26.
