ISLAMABAD,(Parliament Times):Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Shibli Faraz has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government, under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, is revamping the institutions.
According to media reports while talking to a private news channel, he said the incumbent government is also striving for improving the system and resolving the issues of common people. Shibli Faraz said people have given mandate to Prime Minister Imran Khan for strict accountability of corrupts and plunderers.
He said that previous governments of PML-N and Pakistan Peoples’ Party only raised slogans for welfare and development of poorer segments of society, but the PTI government is taking practical and concrete steps in this regard.Shibli Faraz said the present government is firmly committed to provide relief and basic facilities to the masses and taking appropriate steps particularly in the prevailing situation due to Coronavirus pandemic. Replying to a question, he said Prime Minister Imran Khan’s concept of smart lockdown has been acknowledged by the world countries as well.
The Minister said the government established 129 laboratories across country to diagnose the patients of coronavirus.
