ISLAMABAD: (Parliament Times) Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) government and Federal Employees Housing Authority (FEHA) on Monday inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under Naya Pakistan Housing Program to construct 800 to 1000 houses/flats for the state as well as AJK based federal government employees.
Chief Secretary Mathar Niaz Rana and Director General FEHA Waseem Hayyat Bajwa signed the MoU at Jammu and Kashmir House here.
According to the agreement, the construction work under Naya Pakistan Housing Program would start soon in the state.
In this connection, efforts were not only being made by the federal but also the government employees of other provinces from this platform.
FEHA is continuously engaged in discharging its obligation in an effective manner under Prime Minister’s Naya Pakistan Housing Program to provide accommodation facilities to the government employees on ownership basis.
Federal Secretary Housing and Works Dr. Imran Zaib, Senior Member Board of Revenue Fayyaz Ali Abbasi and other senior officials of federal and AJK government attended the ceremony.-
