Khar,( Parliament Times): Deputy Commissioner Bajaur Usman Mehsud is under attack from the elected MNAs ,MPAs and other influential mafia.
According to sources the elected representatives for national assembly and provincial assembly have forwarded recommendations to high ups in Peshawar to transfer DC Bajaur, meanwhile a stamp less notification of Mr .Mehsud’s transfer had been viral on social media .
However the DC Bajaur has not commented on his transfer yet. Usman Mehsud who for the first time took charge of deputy commissioner Bajaur after merger of erstwhile Bajaur Agency to formal district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa , is being praised in public for his versatility and sincere character and playing a vital role in fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic. Public has shown concerns on social media and criticized role of elected representatives’ lingering in administrative affairs.
Morever public has demanded the Chief Secretary KPK to contained the notification if issued by the undersinged .It is pertinent to mention that the recent motion brought by the political mafia is not new one ,prior this a written application was forwarded by the same elected members of Natlional and provincial assemblies for the replacement of DC Bajaur.
