ISLAMABAD: Karakoram Highway between Gilgit Baltistan and Rawalpindi has been blocked for all type of traffic due to heavy landslide.
The road was hit by a 140 meters long massive landslide at Chitial Bazar, in Kohistan. Efforts are underway to restore traffic.
Chief Secretary GB Muhammad Khurram Aga has directed Deputy Commissioner Diamer to evacuate stranded passengers.
