ISLAMABAD: Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmad has said that language being used in Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) protest in the pretext of democracy is not in the interest of Pakistan.
In a video message, the minister said that the matter of JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman will be resolved in two to three days. The incumbent government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will complete its five-year tenure, he asserted.
Sheikh Rashid said that the federation, under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, has aptly handled the Azadi March of JUI-F.
It is Indian desire to weaken Pakistan’s institutions and to put Kashmir issue at back burner, he went on to say.
