Justice Alvi inspects lower courts, orders suspension of employees absent from duty
MUZAFFARABAD: (Parliament Times) The Honorable Chief Justice (CJ) Azad Jammu and Kashmir High Court Mr.Justice M. Tabassam Aftab Alvi inspected the lower courts on Monday.
During the examination of the court Alvi found Kh. Saeed Bashir Butt judge accountability court No.1 absent from duty without intimation and immediately suspended him from service.
Alvi also ordered suspension of Yasir Abbas Naqvi senior clerk and Waqas Gillani junior clerk for not wearing uniforms and smoking during duty hours. He also directed the concerned officials to ensure cleanliness in the court buildings.
The CJ issued directives to ensure subject of case in cause list, case nature, case no. registering the proceeding, and displaying the cause list at a prominent place.
