SARGODHA: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Sargodha has awarded 7 years rigorous imprisonment each to 107 workers of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) and has declared Dr Tahir ul Qadri proclaimed offender in police clash case.
ATC Sargodha has announced verdict in police clash case-2014.
The court while declaring 10 persons including Dr Tahir ul Qadri proclaimed offender has ordered for their immediate arrest.
It is pertinent to mention here that case of clash with police at Bhera interchange , dharna on motorway and rioting was registered against Tahir ul Qadri and PAT workers.
During clash with police two policemen were martyred and over a dozen were injured.
