Rawalpindi: A three days Potohar Mela to celebrate spring season has been concluded on Monday at Rawalpindi Arts Council. Member Punjab Assembly Momina Waheed graced the concluding ceremony as chief guest flanked by Director RAC Waqar Ahmed, Naheed Manzoor, and Chairperson Dolphin Communication Asma Butt. The festival was arranged by Dolphin Communication in collaboration with Rawalpindi Arts Council. The different stalls were set up to encourage artisans. MPA Momina Waheed visited stalls and said at the occasion that festivals and rituals were integral part of old traditions which were also great source for people’s income. She said it was appreciable step to provide neat and clean entertainment facility to the people of twin cities.
