LAHORE: Opposition leader in National Assembly (NA) Shahbaz Sharif has said Nawaz Sharif is unwell and if any harm is caused to him then the government and Prime Minister (PM) will be responsible for it.
“ Nawaz Sharif underwent heart surgery one year back. Nawaz Sharif remained PM of the country for three times who is heart patient. Government is not providing him treatment which is grave negligence on its part. Nawaz Sharif is not well and government is showing worst negligence in this respect. Government is not taking the health problem of Nawaz Sharif seriously. If any harm is done to Nawaz Sharif then government and PM will be responsible for it”, he said this while talking to media men after appearing in Accountability Court (AC) Saturday.
The perks and privileges announced for chief minister Punjab are beyond comprehension, he said adding “ I as chief minister Punjab used my personal car for 10 years . I did not spend money out of national kitty on my treatment. I did not receive a single penny on account of my salary during my 10 years tenure as chief minister. I met all my expenses out of my pocket”, he stated.
