The eminent Kashmiri philanthropist Haji Sabir Mughal, Member of The British Empire, was crowned with the life-time assignment as Supreme Head of Pakistan Social Association, AJK Chapter at the ceremony hosted by President Pakistan Social Association Maqsood Aasi was largelly attended by the city elite including lawyers, senior civil officers, journalists, social and political activists including Dr. Abid Janjua, Sajid Mahmood Tahir and others.
