Lahore: After the de-escalation in the Indo-Pak tensions, Samjhota Express departed for India after taking 151 passengers from Lahore.
The train service was suspended on the last Thursday due to tensions escalated between both countries.
But now after some sort of compress in relations of both countries, the train service has been restored.
7 freight bogies were also attached with the train.
Passengers said that public welfare-oriented measures should continue uninterrupted.
Samjhota Express departs for India on two days Monday and Thursday in a week.
