NEW YORK: Indian efforts to get include Pakistan name in UN Security Council Pulwana condemnation statement have met failure.
UNSC has mentioned name of only Jaish-e-Muhammad in Pulwana bombing incident which is already a defunct outfit in Pakistan.
Following Pulwama attack Pakistan briefed ambassadors of several countries about its stance. Non mentioning of Pakistan name in UNSC statement is success of Pakistan on diplomatic front.
It is pertinent to mention here that proscribed outfit Jaish-e-Muhammad had accepted the responsibility for suicide bombing in Pulwama while India is bent upon implicating Pakistan in this attack.
