Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that war is no solution to any problem but if India attacks on Pakistan then we will not just think about retaliating but will give a befitting reply.
PM while giving a policy statement on Tuesday through video message said India alleged Pakistan of Pulwama Attack.
He said it is easy to start a war but to end it is out of the capacity of us.
Allah Almighty knows the best that what consequences it yields, he added.
Pakistan is ready to talk with India upon terrorism.
PM said Pakistan was alleged of Pulwama attack without evidence as what benefit it would have given to us. Even then we are ready to take action if evidences are given to us.
PM said we were busy in the preparations in connection with Saudi Crown prince Visit to Pakistan therefore we remained quiet.
India alleged Pakistan without having any evidence, he said adding , we fought war against terrorism for 15 years.
India leveled allegation against Pakistan without thinking that what benefit of Pakistan lies therein, he remarked. .
He said Pakistan is heading towards peace and no benefit could be taken from such allegations.
We want stability in the region, he observed..
PM said, “I want to ask India that does it want to remain embroiled in the past. We want stability in the region”.
If this situation persists then it will be difficult to move forward.
He said we are ready to talk with India on terrorism as any issue could be resolved through dialogue just like Afghan issue is being resolved through talks.
We offer India independent investigation of Pulwama incident if it gives evidences.
A new thinking should come in India as what is the reason that fear of death remains no more in Kashmiri youths.
He said we are hearing voices of Indian politicians that revenge should be taken from Pakistan. .
I want to make it clear to India that if any misadventure is perpetrated against Pakistan then Pakistan will not just think about retaliating but will give befitting reply , PM said.
To start war is in the hands of people but to end it is not in our hands, he remarked. .
Terrorism is big issue of this region and we want to end it but if anyone wants military solution of the matter then no success will be achieved .
Just like Afghan issue, Kashmir dispute must also be resolved through dialogue, PM said.
