ISLAMABAD : (Parliament Times) The AJK Minister for Information and Tourism, Raja Mushtaq Ahmed Minhas criticized Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf government saying it had no vision.
In an interview to a TV station here on Thursday Minhas lambasted at PTI for its housing scheme in AJK adding that not an inch of land was available in the State for this purpose. They have vision of egg and hen with which they want to work in AJK, he hit out.
Making a mockery of PTI claim that it would construct 50 lakh houses for the citizens of the country Minhas said that it was something really appalling for the people to hear.
The Minister said that Nawaz Sharif had put the country back to the economic growth. When PML-N got the power in 2013 the economy of the country was in doldrums. Around 22 hours’ power outages were being experienced by the people of Pakistan while there was also alarming shortfall of gas, but Quaid-e-Pakistan Nawaz Sharif made extraordinary efforts not only to turn Pakistan into one of the fast progressing countries in South Asia, but also set up a number of hydropower projects to overcome the power crisis in the country, he remarked. Sharif had almost steered the country out of the crisis it was in but his government was changed, he stated.
The Minister said PTI was not capable of running the country and was taking Uturn always when it faced any challenge. However, he wished the government of PTI to succeed but said its chances were pretty slim.
