ISLAMABAD: Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood has said our youths need 2.5 million jobs every year but it is major flaw in our education system that job is not available to them even after attaining higher education.
He said this while addressing a ceremony which was held here Tuesday in a private university.
He held million of our youths get higher education from universities every year but they donot get jobs. Our youths require 25 lac jobs every year but it is major draw back of our education system that they cannot get jobs even after attaining higher education. We will have to give priority to skill based education and will have to set up skill universities keeping in view the future needs.
