ISLAMABAD: Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) has decided to fill 1610 vacant posts of different cadres.
According to media reports 1610 posts of different grade and cadre are lying vacant in FDE. The approved posts in respect of educational institutions in Islamabad are 9390 and 7780 posts have been filled while 1610 posts are still lying vacant.
The process of appointments against these vacant posts will soon be started.
According to statistics 26 post of grade 20 in respect of teaching staff have been sanctioned and appointments have been made on 20 posts. Likewise 417 posts of grade 19 have been approved and 387 posts have been filled while 31 posts are lying vacant. Recruitment on 1184 out of total approved posts of 1510 in grade-14 has been made and 326 posts are lying vacant.
The vacant posts will be advertised in the next financial year.
