Rawalpindi: Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) while declaring Bin Alam city chakri road Rawalpindi Housing scheme illegal has issued notice to this under section Punjab Private Housing scheme and land sub-division roles 2010.
RDA has declared the uploaded video of development work of Bin Alam Housing society on social media illegal.
Jamshed Aaftab Director Metropolitan and traffic engineering RDA has ordered to stop advertisement of this illegal housing society forthwith.
He said that general public is informed that they should avoid doing investment in this illegal housing society; otherwise they themselves will be responsible in case of any loss.
Furthermore, property dealers have also been informed to avoid doing any investment and advertisement of this illegal society.
