    UN silence on killing of youth in IoK disturbing: Uzair Ahmed Ghazali

    Muzaffarabad: Students of Read Foundation on Monday staged a protest rally here on Monday to express their resentment and anguish over wanton killing of innocent Kashmiris by Indian troops in the disputed territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
    Pertinently, Indian troops in their fresh acts of state-terrorism have killed 19 people including two teen-age boys over the past three days.
    The rally held under the aegis of Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir was attended by the students of Read Foundation Science College Muzaffarabad. While chanting anti-India slogans the participants of the rally demanded the international human rights organisations to play their due role to stop bloodbath of innocent civilians at the hands of occupation forces in Kashmir (IOK). The young students urged the UN to shun its policy of indifference towards the miseries of Kashmiri people.
    Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Uzair Ahmed Ghazali said that martyrdom of 13 years old Muskan and 15 years old Nauman Ashraf is in point of fact that this is the attack on Humanity, “they didn’t even spare a two years old Habiba Nisar by targeting her with their Pellet guns in her home” Ghazali stated.
    He reiterated that silence of United Nations on the Killing of Youngsters in Shopian and BejBihara may jeopardize the peace in the region.
    Principal Read Foundation Shehnaz Khantt said that these students’ gathering condemn the attacks on educational institutes in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, saying that we can understand the pain of our brethren living on the other side of Line of Control and we are in the state of shock on quietness of human rights organization on this massive human rights violations in IOK.
    While talking to this correspondent, one of the student Fatima Faheem said, “we are protesting to raise the voice of our sisters and brothers living in Indian occupation and being victimized of brutalities and war crimes committed by Indian armed forces.”
    Another student Naila Naz voiced that India is trying to deceive the world by saying that they target terrorists, “I want to make them clear that they are freedom fighters who raise voice for their freedom and they don’t have any weapon” she said, “how can Human rights Organization remain silent on killings of thirteen years old Muskan and fifteen years old Nauman?” Naila asked.
    Indian armed forces killed 17 youngsters in Indian occupied Kashmir over last three days in addition two teen agers including a boy Nauman age 15 years and a girl Muskan of 13 years old, another two years old Habiba Nisar was wounded after being victim of Pellet gun in her home.
