Islamabad : 4th International; Conference on Research and Practices in Education (ICRPE) will be held here at Allama Iqbal Open University(AIOU).
A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting held here under the chairmanship of the Acting Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nasir Mahmood. The theme of conference will be ‘Social Impact of Research’.
As per the plan, discussed during the meeting, the ICRPE will be held from 18th to 20th Feb 2019. In connection with the proposed moot, Deans’ forum on teacher education will be held on 18th Feb 2019.
The inaugural of the conference is scheduled in the morning of 19th Feb 2019. The alumni re-union would be at the eve of the same day.
Five modes of presentations and talks will be held during the two days conference – oral presentation, posters presentation, round table discussions, panel presentations and projects.
The international presenters will be given a chance to present virtually if they cannot travel to Pakistan for any reason.
As per the decision, the closing session with a way forward discussion will be held in the afternoon of 20th Feb 2019 at the main campus of AIOU.
