Islamabad : Police stopped journalists from talking to ousted Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif at Accountability Court (AC) on Thursday.
When former PM Nawaz Sharif in connection with hearing of Al-Azizia Reference reached AC Islamabad, journalists tried to talk to him but police stopped them.
In Federal Capital, former PM Nawaz Sharif, his counsel Khawaja Haris and witness Mehboob Alam were present in AC no. 2 of Judge Malik Arshad when journalists tried to do some informal conversations with former PM.
On which police officer while stopping journalist has said that SP ‘Sahab’ has ordered that don’t allow journalists to talk with Nawaz Sharif, only ‘Salam Dua’ is allowed however they can’t question him.
Police officer while directing journalists to stay away from former PM said that if former PM himself calls them to talk to then police will not stop them.
