ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif has said that PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of the statement given by Rana Mashhood.
On the occasion of his appearance before Accountability Court (AC) a journalist questioned from Nawaz Sharif “what he will comment on Rana Mashhood statement. Nawaz Sharif said Shahbaz Sharif has already taken notice on it.
Reacting to this question in the form of verse, Nawaz Sharif said “ Ghalib Hamen Na Cher ke phir josh-e-Ashk se: bathen hain hum tahiya toofan kaye hua”.
Nawaz Sharif said to the journalists “ my mind is in some different state and you are asking political question from me.
The journalist questioned from him if Rana Mashhood statement was party policy or some thing else.
He replied “ you know better in this respect.
It may be recalled that Rana Mashhood in his exclusive talks with a private TV channel a day before had claimed that matters between PML-N and establishment have been improved to considerable extent and institutions and realization is growing in institutions and think tank that Shahbaz Sharif was better choice for premiership.
