ISLAMABAD: Advisor to the Prime Minister on Commerce, Textile, Industry and Investment Abdul Razaq Dawood has met Saudi delegation and matters for bolstering bilateral trade have been discussed during the meeting.

The issue of payment of compensations to Pakistani laborers in Saudi Arabi also came under discussion.
Sources said both sides also deliberated over business related facilities for enhancing trade.
Provision of jobs to Pakistanis on priority basis under 2030 Economic road map was also discussed.
Saudi authorities said that 2.6 million Pakistanis are doing jobs in Saudi Arabia and their strength will be scaled up.
Pakistani has invited Saudi Arabia to fully reap the economic opportunities in CPEC project.
It was told during the meeting that bilateral trade volume of both the countries stand at 2.5 billion dollars. The two sides agreed on launching steps to facilitate trade activities.
Sources disclosed Saudi Arabia has expressed desire to boost cooperation in communication sector.
