Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has declared Capital Smart City Extension Housing Society, situated at Chakri, as illegal.
In order to hamper the advertisement campaign of the housing society the RDA has launched legal action under Section Punjab Private Housing Scheme Land Sub-Division Rules 2010.
Director Metropolitan and Traffic Engineering RDA, Jamshid Aftab has ordered immediate ban on extension and advertisement of the housing scheme.
Notices to the owners of project have also been issued in this regard.
The RDA has warned investors not to invest in the projects that have been declared illegal by the development body, otherwise the investor would themselves be responsible for the loss.
