TIANJIN, CHINA: China’s northern port city of Tianjin’s Efy technology company has vowed to become world’s leading enterprise in the UAV industry by increasing investment and personnel for research development of commercial drones.
Michael Li, an official of Efy Technology company told journalists that the Efy Technology focuses on the development and manufacture of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) flight control system, providing a complete control system solution for the application of intelligent UAV industry.
He added that adhering to the principle of “Chinese should do well in China’s business”, Efy will invest funds and personnel to research and develop commercial drones, and strive to become a leading enterprise in the industry.
The official said that Efy has developed MQ 300 drone. It can fly for 4 hours and can transport up to 80 KG weight. The maximum speed of the MQ 300 drone is 120 kilometers per hour and it can fly up to 3,000 meters high. It provides safe and reliable flight operation guarantee in the commercial application of UAV, such as agriculture and plant protection, low-altitude logistics, police monitoring, forest fire prevention, geological exploration, aerial surveying and mapping. He added that recently 400 drones were used for the project of mapping of Tianjin city.
Meanwhile Deputy Director of the District Cyberspace Administration of Binhai New Area, Sun Bin said that major reform measures has created a Binhai Effect that has attracted worldwide attention, People’s livelihood and welfare have been continuously improved, and the Binhai spirit of “open innovation and leading the future” has been formed, and a road for the rise of Binhai has been developed on the saline-alkali waste coast.
While addressing to an event organized for the foreign media journalists under the theme of ‘Intelligent Binhai – Livable Binhai New Area’ in the China’s northern port city of Tianjin’s, Deputy Director, Sun Bin said that the Tianjin Academy for Intelligent Recognition Technologies, Efy Technology Company Ltd and Tianjin Sublue Ocean Technology Company are the synonymous for intelligent manufacturing in Binhai New Area and the innovative power of Binhai.

Sun Bin said that Initially, the relatively single industrial base of Motorola and Master Kong were known as “one machine” and “one bowl of noodles”. Currently, advantageous industries such as aerospace, automobile and equipment manufacturing, electronic information, petrochemical, biomedicine, new energy and new materials have been formed. The journalists were given opportunity to visit cultural corridor of Binhai which consists Binhai Art Gallary, Binhai science and technology museum, Binhai Library and Binhai performance center. Binhai Library is famous due to its unique “Book mountain” and “Eye Binhai” design. This modern library has 1.2 million books and it owned digitization searching and borrow service.
