Muzaffarabad: (Parliament Times) Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (PM AJK) Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan has directed all developmental departments to ensure timely utilization of developmental funds, without compromising on the quality of work and in time completion.
Addressing a high-level meeting on the Annual Development Program (ADP)here on Thursday, the prime minister advised the concerned departments to make no compromise on the utilization of the budget for timely completion of the projects. He emphasized on ensuring the quality of work and speedy completion of the projects at all cost.
”Achieving the targets in the far-flung and hard weather areas of completing projects must be met, ” he said.
During the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary, Dr. Syed Asif Hussain Shah, Secretary Work and heads of different departments were present.
PM AJK said that there was a lot of raise in the ADP of Azad Kashmir. Development schemes have been planned keeping in the view the needs of the State and people.
He directed the concerned departments to ensure the utilization of funds for standard and timely completion of projects. He warned the authority that action will be taken against those who will not achieve the goals, and heads of such departments will have to answerable before the government.
Earlier, vice chancellor AJK University Mr.Sabir Abbasi called on prime minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan at prime minister’s secretariat and discussed with him the matters related to education and university.
